Mobile Notary Sercivices and Fees
All services include a Standard Service Fee – $15 starting fee for travel and a $10 convenience fee.
General Notary Work
Includes but is not limited to:
- Administering written oaths and affirmations
- Taking written acknowledgement.
- Attesting to a photo copy.
$10 pers stamp, in addition to Standard Service Fee
Verify Vin/Odometer
When you’re buying or selling a car, sometimes you’ll need a notary to verify a vin or odometer. This is usually a pretty simple process, but it’s important to make sure that everything is in order.
$25 – Download and print the form
(I can provide the form for an additional $5)
I-9 Form Completion
It is a requirement that all employers complete and retain an Employer/Employee Relationship Form I-9 for every person they hire after November 6, 1986 in the US.
Starting at $25 – Employment Eligibility Verification
This fee covers 30 minutes at location, travel and convenience fee. $10 will applied for every additional 15 minutes.
Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and Deeds
Starting at $35 – Employment Eligibility Verification
Witness and travel fee is additional.

Witness Fees
Starting at $25 per witness.
In the State of Florida, 2 witnesses are required for recorded documents; this includes but is not limited to Deed or Trust, Mortgage, Quit Claim Deed, Current Deed, Warranty Deed, etc.
The notary can act as a witness, signing in both places as the witness and as the notary public.
Real Estate Documents and Loan Signings
